Accept Your Feelings

Accept your feelings, especially the hard ones. When we push them aside, they linger longer and can manifest in ugly ways. Practice acceptance of all your feelings. It’s hard sometimes, but the more you do it, the better you’ll get!

Accepting your feelings won’t completely erase the crap feeling, but it will put your state of mind in a much better place. Be as gentle and patient with yourself as you can with this. It’s funny I just pictured calmly saying, ” I’m enraged right now.”

(I’m not, just something that came to mind, lol).

Accept your feelings, even the crap ones.
