30 Ways to Love Yourself During Cold-Weather
Your lips are chaffing, hands are cracking, and your body heat seems to be slacking. Going outside is the perfect pastime, but the hit of brisk air in the face can only be refreshing for so long. If you can’t tell already, I am not exactly a cold-weather person. But, I do live in New York, so the chilly air and I are well-acquainted pals. We don’t always see eye to eye, but we are pals nonetheless. Browse the following list I developed of 30 ways to love yourself during cold-weather.
1. If it’s 23 degrees out, make sure you wear gloves (not fingerless) if you’re going to be outside for any time frame over 5 minutes. (I had a traumatic experience on Valentine’s Day.)

4. Enjoy a cup of hot cider
5. Savor a cup of hot chocolate
6. Keep your skin moisturized
7. Watch as many winter sunsets as possible
8. If you live in a coastal area where they live, go seal watching!
9. Whip up a hearty and delicious stew
10. Relish in your favorite cup of soup
11. Get that new scarf you like
