Self-love

Ways to Unleash Supernatural Self-love

October is a grand time for ways to unleash supernatural self-love. This unleashing fits together gorgeously with macabre celebrations held during the longer, cooler nights. So now is the right time to take advantage of the thin veil between the physical and spiritual planes. You deserve a kind of self-love, so supernatural & bewitching that it will enrapture your essence, enabling you to burst at the seams with love. So let’s dive into some ways to unleash supernatural self-love!

1. Creep on Yourself

Have you studied your every move in the same way that a crazed serial killer would? Take a step back and think about your everyday life and the habits and routines that encapsulate your time. Are you incorporating self-love into your daily living? It’s one thing to consume content on self-love, but the real magic happens when you implement what you’ve learned.

Creep on yourself so that you’re hyper-aware of your every move, enabling you to know what areas need improvement. Sometimes we let ourselves get too busy and neglect our self-love life. Other times we know where we can improve but don’t take action. So I encourage you to step outside yourself and view yourself like Mike Myers would stare upon an unfortunate teenage girl in a poorly lit hallway.

2. Become Obsessed With Your Self-Love

Have you ever seen the movie, The Crush with Alicia Silverstone? If you haven’t and you’re into on the edge of your seat thrillers, I highly recommend it! It’s about a teenage girl who becomes obsessed with an older, taken man. Her obsession was freakishly intense and grew darker as the film escalates. Have that same type of unparalleled lust for your self-love. Be so obsessed with your self-love and personal growth that nothing will stop you from leveling up.

If you dedicate every ounce of your being to loving yourself more, it’s bound to come to fruition. However, don’t do this at the expense of others. Your loved ones are extremely special. So just be sure to keep a good balance of that self-love obsession and your other relationships.

3. Be the Ghoul of Your Dreams

Who’s that ghoul? (Madonna reference, hehe) Guys, I’m not excluding you here, I thought of the ghoul of your dreams, and it sounds very familiar to girl. But I simply mean to be the person you’ve always dreamt of becoming. No official rule states we can’t become the person we’ve always wanted to be.

The blockages that fool us into believing we can’t are kept alive by how we think and act. Put in the effort to break down those mental blockages that we feed far too much. Maybe the dream version of you seems laughable because it seems so far away.

However, you can take baby steps to become that person. It could take days, months, years, or maybe even a lifetime. But we must put in the effort. We must take the proper, small, manageable steps to be the ghoul of our dreams. Close your eyes and envision yourself as your best self. How does that person think, feel, & act? Get clear about those things and then make your way up the hill to the haunted mansion where the most epic self-love ghoul has the haunts of their wildest nightmares.

4. Showcase Your Superpowers

We often like to belittle ourselves for our faults while our talents (our superpowers) are underutilized. Nothing is wrong with wanting to improve ourselves and work through our faults. That’s a pretty magical self-love deed that will only enhance our lives. But don’t let your superpowers lay idle. How can you showcase those powers so that they will take your time on Earth to the next level?

Your superpowers are a gift that should be highlighted upon, cherished, and used to their full potential. Don’t be afraid to use them in a way that can elevate your life and others’. If you’re anything like me, perhaps you’re way too humble, need to stop beating yourself up so much, and showcase the hell out of those superpowers!

5. Exorcise Your Demons

How about a good old-fashioned exorcism, but on yourself? If you’re going to puke all over yourself and a priest, could you at least give a warning? Anyway, we all have inner demons lurking around the shadows of our psyche. They’re quite something and have mastered the art of torment and self-deprecation. Try facing those demons head-on, if you haven’t yet, and get to know them. The more you accept them and get to know them, the more they lose power.

Break them down to the point where you’ve won the battle, and they go back to whatever rotting underworld from which they came. They prefer you to run away so that they can have fun with you in a demonic game of cat and mouse.

But, when you’re like,

“oh hey, what’s up, the exorcism is commencing.”

They’ll turn around and be like,

wtf?”

Your demons are still a part of you; if you face them and genuinely get to understand them, what they are, and why they’re there, you can start the exorcism. Happy exorcising!

6. Be Possessed With Love & Gratitude

Become possessed with love! LOVE the food you eat, the drinks that nourish you, your family, friends, neighbors, your life, your passions, and YOURSELF. Rather than being possessed with some irritating dark entity, be possessed with the ultimate light, love. If you need more things to love, find them! You never know what new person or thing will give you those Cosmic type of stars in your eyes. I hope you find so much love that it overwhelms your heart with passion, especially when it comes to self-love. And if you feel that type of self-love, why my darling, you are unbreakable!

I also suggest you to be possessed with gratitude. Be thankful for clean water, a safe bed to rest your head at night, your loved ones, clothing, your body, and all it does for you, your health, a NEW DAY, and so, so, so much more! When I started my gratitude journal, I was very, very skeptical. I didn’t think it would help. But boy, did it serve as a much-needed wake-up call for my ungrateful, pessimistic as$. Focusing on gratitude forces you to see the good in your life and to quit taking things for granted. Sadly, there are always those who don’t have some fundamental needs that we may, so we mustn’t take anything for granted!

7. Believe In Your Magic

Last but most certainly not least, never stop believing in your magic! Your magic is yours and yours alone. It’s not the same as mine, as the guy who lives in your attic, or as the witch who lives deep in the Mississippi bayou. Maybe you haven’t tapped into your magic yet, and that’s totally okay. Sometimes, it takes something special to help our magic come alive. Regardless, a huge part of your magic is your very own ability to create the self-love life of your dreams. You have the spells in you in order to do so.

You just need to make sure you know yourself well enough in order for those spells to work. Make sure you understand how you are on all fronts, mentally, physically, and spiritually so that you can indeed, work that magic on yourself and create the most bewitching tale of a life lived with plenty of self-love. Be willing to take that deep and sacred ritual of the discovery of the self. It’s uniquely personal, and it’s vital to use your magic to create the self-love life of your sweetest desires.

But, before any of your magic can work,

***YOU MUST BELIEVE IN IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!***

BELIEVE IN YOUR MAGIC.

LOOK IN THE MIRROR AT THAT SEXY WITCH OR WARLOCK AND EXCLAIM,

“I AM MAGIC DAMMIT!”

“I CAN CREATE THE SELF-LOVE LIFE OF MY DREAMS!”

I truly hope that some or all of these ways to unleash supernatural self-love resonated with you. We all deserve a self-love so powerful that it will knock our socks off due to the best kind of fright, the type of scare that jolts our self-love into overdrive, like an unstoppable comet headed straight for orbit around the sun.
