Self-love

Spring into Self-love

Spring into self-love this springtime! Self-love will soothe your soul the same way that a tranquil, warm spring day gives you a hug.

Springtime is a delightful time on Planet Earth and Planet Self Love. Gorgeous flowers pop up all around, little baby animals are born and warmer air begins to circulate the atmosphere. Blue skies glisten and give a much-needed defrost from the chills of deep winter.

The friendly ET’s of PSL and I thought of a few ways that all of us magic Milky Way folk can spring into self-love:

1.Defrost Old, Bad Habits

Think of a bad habit you’d like to stop. Next, imagine that gross habit melting off of your aura, to be replaced by a good habit. Defrost that pesky habit with the same ferocity you’d defrost some vegetables that you’re dying to eat. That probably isn’t the best comparison, but I’m trying to encourage health! We all know how healthy veggies are. However, I’d really like you to sincerely attempt at defrosting a bad habit off of your being and work on replacing it with a much better one!

2.Bloom Into a New Version of Yourself

Bloom into a new version of yourself in the same way all the vividly pretty flowers begin to peep out of the springtime soil. Give the spring flowers some healthy competition by reminding them that we humans can be just as vibrant as they can! You don’t need to bloom into your most perfect version. Perfection is a myth you should stop telling yourself! However, you can most certainly bloom into a more majestic being than you were previously. You don’t need to rush this process. But the end of winter can allow you to leave anything you’d like to leave behind in a pile of dirty yellow snow!

3. Give Birth to and Nurture New Ideas

Perhaps you can give birth to a little spring chicken of your own. I’m not implying that you can somehow pop out a baby chick. Rather, what’s an idea that’s been circulating in your mind through winter? What kind of action can you take to really get that idea in motion? The first course of action to take can be a baby step, much like your little baby chick. Once you get the ball rolling by taking the first step of action, keep taking more baby steps. Nurture the hell out of your baby chick! Turn that new idea into a real, tangible project. Tackle it with small and manageable steps. Those little steps can and will build up over time!

Well, there you go! The PSL ET’s and I would like to go frolic in a field of the wildest, and brightest cosmic flora, while stardust gently sprinkles us whilst falling from the sky as a symphony of birds perform.

Happy Spring, everyone!
